We stayed at Casual Raizes for a few nights after a terrible experience at another hotel. What a difference! The staff was friendly, the rooms were modern and clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We loved the view from our room and the delicious breakfast. For the price, it was incredible value and we couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Casual Raizes Porto. The location was perfect, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even after I had checked out. They kindly looked after my luggage while I did some last-minute shopping. The courtyard in the afternoon was a lovely place to relax. The breakfast was great and the coffee was delicious. The room was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for its value for money.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right near a Metro station and at the top end of the lively shopping street. It's also in the center, making it convenient for exploring all the nearby sightseeing attractions. The family rooms are spacious and offer a good view from the window. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. Plus, the breakfast is tasty and served on a lovely outdoor terrace. the hotel provides clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
There is limited wardrobe space in the rooms, which may be insufficient for families with multiple children.

This hotel had an attractive interior, with modern and clean rooms. The breakfast was delicious and the bed was comfortable with different pillow options available. The location was very central, near the top end of the shopping street and close to the main attractions. The hotel also had luggage storage and a spacious bathroom with a good shower and blow dryer.
